A quick and easy vegetarian pasta recipe
Serving: 4 Prep Time: 15 Minutes Total Time: 35 Minutes
1 16 Ounce Box Linguine, Cooked (Follow Directions on Package)
¼ Cup Olive Oil
½ Cup Sweet Onions, Diced
1 Cup Portobello Mushrooms, Chopped
1 Teaspoon Garlic, minced
12-ounce Package Impossible Ground Meat
1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
½ Teaspoon Red Pepper Seeds, Crushed
½ Cup Central Coast Pinot Noir
1 Cup Tomato Sauce
To Taste Salt & Pepper
In a cast-iron skillet over medium heat, coat the pan with olive oil. Saute onions and mushrooms for about 3 minutes.
2. Add garlic and impossible meat. Then add seasoning and pepper seeds. Cook for another 5-6 minutes.
3. Pour in red wine. Let it cook for 3 minutes.
4. Add tomato sauce and salt & pepper to taste.
5. Serve over pasta and a glass of wine and enjoy.
